The record champion has expanded the Allianz Arena to include a 3,050 sq m adventure installation. 500 original exhibits tell the 112 year history of FC Bayern Munich.  Victories, players, coaches and fans as well as defeats, all of which are part of the history of Germany’s most successful football club, have their own place here.

Together with Wilhelm & Willhalm GmbH - event technology, AV Stumpfl provided the equipment for this World of Experience and took over the complex programming.  The entire portfolio of the Austrian media specialist can be found here. From the classic projection screen to elaborate projection and controlling technology, interactive programming and a central media control system which takes over the power management and connects the media technology to the security technology.   11 MediaEngines with Wings Platinum and Wings Vioso, 36 HD players, ISEO and brand new AViO modules were used in this installation to create this multimedia World of Experience.

Other European clubs already have museums in their home stadiums to present themselves. But FC Bayern Munich did not just want to display exhibits but wanted to give the fans a chance to take part interactively in the club’s history, to experience the club’s history at close quarters.  The “We are who we are" fan feeling at FC Bayern was in the foreground   in the implementation.
The love of detail is particularly impressive at FC Bayern Munich’s World of Experience. The architectural model of the arena, for example, even has a tiny working display.  This passion can also be seen in the programming.  Complex links between different modules and interfaces provide leeway for the interactivity which amazes visitors again and again and makes them part of the club’s history.

The FC Bayern Erlebniswelt has been awarded 2013 with the InAVation Award for the best leisure and entertainment facility and with the Sinus-System Integration Award.
