Oslo Business Forum 2026: Large-Scale Visual Impact with AV Stumpfl Projection Screens

At the Oslo Business Forum 2026, Konsertsystemer relied on two custom-built AV Stumpfl VarioLoc® 64 projection screens to create an impressive 25-metre stage backdrop.

When the Oslo Business Forum 2026: The Human Edge brought together global thought leaders and business professionals in Oslo, the event required a visual setup capable of matching the scale of its content. For the production, Konsertsystemer deployed two custom-built 25 x 5.5 m AV StumpflVarioLoc® 64 projection screens, creating an impressive panoramic stage environment designed to keep every presentation and keynote firmly in focus.

The event marked the first deployment of the newly acquired screens and showcased the advantages of the modular AV Stumpfl ecosystem in a demanding event environment. Working closely with trusted production partner ProStage, Konsertsystemer transformed the stage into a large-format visual canvas that supported the event's ambitious creative vision while ensuring an efficient setup and a reliable performance throughout the production.

As a long-time AV Stumpfl user, Konsertsystemer continues to rely on the flexibility of the Vario system across a rental inventory of more than 100 screens. The universal frame concept allows the company to combine different projection surfaces and specialized components while maintaining a consistent workflow across projects of every scale.

“The Vario system allows us to invest precisely in the specific surfaces and specialized components we need, while utilizing a truly universal frame design,” says Andreas Hansen, Head of AV at Konsertsystemer. “This approach minimizes capital expenditure while maximizing ROI. Because the setup logic is so consistent, assembling a massive 25 x 5.5 m screen is just as straightforward as putting together a standard 3 x 2 m frame. The projection surfaces deliver excellent gain and flawless color reproduction, fitting perfectly into our rental portfolio.

From the initial rigging phase to the final show, the project demonstrated how modular screen technology can support large-scale live events without compromising efficiency or image quality. The successful collaboration between Konsertsystemer, ProStage, and the wider production team resulted in a striking visual backdrop for one of Scandinavia's leading business events.
