AV Stumpfl’s Pixera is growing to meet demand as our media server is quickly gaining wide
adoption in the US across live event, fixed installation, and virtual production markets. Users
love Pixera for its ease of use and powerful feature scope. We are seeking an experienced
video technician with strong customer service skills to join our international team who will
be responsible for Pixera project coordination and customer support. A typical workday
may include, but not be limited to, customer support and training, systems testing, on-site
commissioning, logistics coordination, product improvement, and R&D functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology support role (at least 3 years)
• Basic knowledge of 3D CAD programs and Adobe visual design software strongly preferred
• Experience with media server technology strongly preferred
• Computer hardware and electronics equipment handling and repair experience
• Experience with audio, lighting, projection, LED display technology strongly preferred
• Organizational efficiency and logistics coordination competence in a busy warehouse setting
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Strong commitment to excellence in customer service

Responsibilities

• Achieve high level proficiency with Pixera software
• Configure, maintain, repair, and test Pixera hardware
• Perform quality control and fleet management for demo Pixera technology
• Plan and execute sales demo and training logistics schedule in coordination with Logistics Manager
• On-site support for projects and programming of shows
• Discover bugs and identify opportunities for product optimization and improvement
• Create coherent, informative, and polished how-to resources via written and video documentation
• Support sales team in new system design and market strategy
