Join the Pixera team as a Technical Sales Specialist

AV Stumpfl’s Pixera is growing to meet demand as our media server is quickly gaining wide
adoption in the US across live event, fixed installation, and virtual production markets. Users
love Pixera for its ease of use and powerful feature scope. We are seeking an experienced
video technician with strong customer service skills to join our international team who will
be responsible for Pixera project coordination and customer support. A typical workday
may include, but not be limited to, customer support and training, systems testing, on-site
commissioning, logistics coordination, product improvement, and R&D functions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in technology sales role (at least 3 years preferred)
  • Experience with audio, lighting, projection, LED display technology strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in generation of new business
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Teaching, tutorial, or instruction experience preferred
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem solving
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and improve sales processes

Responsibilities

  • Achieve high level proficiency with Pixera software
  • Work with global training team to create and update Pixera curriculum
  • Conduct trainings at our new Los Angeles office or remotely as needed
  • Generate leads and book appointments with prospective customers
  • Process new sales, ensuring continuity, consistency, and quality in the customer experience
  • Manage institutional sales accounts through follow up and strategic development
  • Develop “go to market” models for products and campaigns
  • Provide first line of defense technical support and triage
  • Manage fleet of demo inventory including logistics and quality control
  • Oversee technology demonstration facility at LA office
  • Assist in planning and organizing trade shows and participation in conferences
  • Select travel to customer and project sites (~25%)
