Yanka Kupala's Museum in Minsk
Last time different digital solutions such as interactive displays with information about exhibits, displays with video and films and etc. are actively implemented in the museums industry to make the expositions more interesting and realistic. Interesting and unusual project was realized by the company Kamerton Pro in the museum of Belorussian poet Yanka Kupala in Minsk.
The most interesting installation is in Yanka Kupala's working-room. The poet is welcoming the visitors when they enter into the room. This installation is made by using pseudo holographic. For the visitors it seems like the poet suddenly appears from nowhere.
The installation perfect matches the interior of the museum room, which size is near 5x3 meters, where poet's personals and goods from working-room are presented.
Playback system is fully-automated, museum guide just needs to choose necessary video on the tablet PC for demonstration.
