Playing DVDs

The Media Engine has a DVD drive. Is it possible to play a DVD contained in that drive via Wings Platinum. I have been asked by a client who wants to show films using the Media Engine as normal with the normal wings setting, but have the option to show DVDs with out having to reprogram for each new DVD. These may only be to show for a short period of time.

Hello RogerD,

i am sorry but this not possible with Wings Platinum. The customer has to copy the DVD files to the local hard disk and add them to the Media Pool.
