AV Stumpfl helps sleepy guests see the world from their bedroom

World adventures and exploration are no longer limited to just vivid dreams. From the warmth and comfort of one's own bedroom, voice activation of digital video wallpaper designed by Russian interior designer Anna Muravina at BATIMAT RUSSIA 2017 showed how some sleepy participants could take a journey to all corners of the globe.

Key to this private, multimedia dream world was AV Stumpfl® Wings media serving and control technology. Systems integrators, Alef Electro created a transformed space, adapting it according to the artists’ requirements with audio, lighting, multimedia and environmental control. The project received expert technical support from the Russia-CIS office at AV Stumpfl.

The experience was designed to take visitors to the azure beaches of Hawaii, the grand architecture of Paris, stunning shots of earth from outer space, treasures from an underwater world and even to the glittering Northern Lights.

AV Stumpfl Wings Engine Pro quad media server managed the video content and was integrated with high brightness Optoma projectors. Voice activation was achieved using Apple Siri integrated with Thinka smart building devices and AMX control.

The ability of Wings Engine Pro to seamlessly edge-blend multiple images on adjacent bedroom walls using voice activation and to synchronize them with video, audio and lighting made this project a special treat for lovers of innovative design solutions.

Wings Engine Pro gives the benefit of 8-core i7 computer processing capable of decoding multiple HD videos and providing enough memory to show video images from all corners of the globe in perfect clarity.

Room lighting ambiance was adjusted either from a Home Phone app or the Gira G1 touchpad. A Naim Mu-So wireless Bluetooth audio system played various sources such as TV, Internet radio, mobile phone and online streaming services.

Alef Electro was also responsible for the realisation of the unusual bedroom stand.

ELLE DECORATION magazine recognized the project in their top 5 round up: http://www.elle.ru/elledecoration/news/5-luchshih-stendov-na-vyistavke-batimat-russia/.

The building and interior show, BATIMAT RUSSIA was held at Crocus Expo IEC, Moscow from 28-31 March 2017.
