The most compact high quality media server for fixed installations.
Wings Player closes the gap between simple video players and full blown media servers. Compact in size but with powerful features this device is perfect for various fixed installations such as themed attractions, digital signage, museums and corporate information systems.
Full show control included
Wings Player comes with full Avio integration which is available in different licenses. This way lighting, sound and FX control can be part of the integration project as well as remote control, surveillance and interactivity.
Unlimited media layers
Using an unlimited number of media layers any kind of media can be arranged in timelines. DVI-D and/or DisplayPort outputs are used as video outputs and audio can be mixed in a total of 24 audio channels. Even uncompressed picture sequences can be imported and automatically converted into an intermediate video format.
Any number of Wings Players can be united in clusters with the video outputs synchronized with each other. Since the newest version of our Wings Vioso media server software it is possible to have multiple independent timelines running either on a local Wings Player or within a cluster of multiple devices.
Automatic softedge and warping
Wings Player does support the automatic camera based calibration on flat surfaces. By projecting and analyzing different test pattern the software automatically calculates softedge blending and geometry warping. This functionality can even be upgraded for 3D mappings or curved screens.
Our Wings AV OS is based on Windows 7 embedded. We have replaced the standard Windows shell/desktop by our own user interface which allows for a quick access to all our software products, maintenance and system options.
